The terms that govern your use.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and JARAL Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. (“we”, “us”), the operator of the JARALWork educational platform (the “Platform”).

By creating an account, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

JARALWork is an educational platform built for Pakistani professionals working toward overseas employment. The Platform aggregates publicly available information and provides AI-assisted tools for users to:

• Identify common red-flag patterns in job offers and recruitment communications.
• Read structured summaries of publicly published visa rules.
• View anonymous, community-submitted compensation data for general benchmarking.
• Run educational financial estimates for international relocation.
• Generate draft application materials with AI assistance.

JARALWork is operated by JARAL Consultants (Pvt) Ltd., registered in Pakistan with its office at Delta Tower, 43-Midway, Bahria Town, Karachi.

JARALWork is an educational and informational service. We are not a registered immigration consultancy, recruitment agent, financial advisor, tax practitioner, or law firm. The Platform does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, or tax advice tailored to your specific situation.

Information shown on the Platform — including visa-pathway summaries, salary insights, AI red-flag analysis, take-home estimates, and AI-generated application materials — is for general educational purposes only. Always verify current rules with the relevant embassy, government website, or a qualified, regulated practitioner before making any decision.

Decisions you make based on information from the Platform are your responsibility alone. The Platform exists to help you ask better questions and recognise important patterns; it does not replace independent verification or professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@jaral-consultants.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Platform offers three tiers — Free, Pro, and Elite — as described on our pricing page. Pro and Elite subscriptions are billed monthly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the prices shown at the time of purchase.

Founder pricing: the first 1,000 paying members receive a discounted lifetime rate, locked in as long as the subscription is active. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the then-current standard rate will apply.

Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.

Refunds: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. Refund requests after 14 days are considered case-by-case; we generally do not refund partial months. Refund requests should be sent to info@jaral-consultants.co.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or designed to harm any individual or organisation.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically reproduce Platform content for redistribution or commercial use without our written permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to interact with the Platform except as expressly permitted.
• Submit spam, malware, or content that interferes with the Platform's operation or other users' experience.
• Use the Platform to develop a competing service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that, in our reasonable judgment, violate these Terms or harm the Platform or its users.

When you paste text into the Platform (e.g., a job offer for ScamShield Pro analysis, a job description for the Application Toolkit), you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the text does not contain confidential information you are barred from sharing.

We process submitted text only to provide the requested feature and to improve the Platform in aggregate. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how submitted text is handled, retained, and deleted.

Do not submit text containing other people's personal information (names, CNICs, phone numbers, addresses) without their consent. We strongly recommend redacting such information before submitting.

The Platform uses third-party large language model APIs (currently Google Gemini) to generate red-flag analysis, draft CVs, draft cover letters, and similar outputs. AI-generated content:

• May contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information despite our best efforts to keep prompts current.
• Should always be reviewed and personalised before use in real applications.
• Is not a substitute for professional advice from a regulated practitioner.

We make no warranty that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or free from bias. You assume responsibility for reviewing, editing, and using AI outputs at your own discretion.

The Salary Insights database is built from voluntary, anonymous contributions from users. Aggregated salary information is provided for general informational benchmarking only and is not a guarantee of any compensation you may be offered. Outliers and unverifiable submissions may be excluded at our discretion.

By submitting community data you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to anonymise, aggregate, and display the data on the Platform. You may request deletion of your contributions at any time.

The Platform — including its name, branding, structure, code, content, and the JARAL logo — is the intellectual property of JARAL Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright and trademark law.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for its intended educational purpose. This licence does not allow you to redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit Platform content. The licence terminates if you stop using the Platform or breach these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use submitted content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.

The Platform contains links to government websites, official embassy pages, and similar third-party resources. We provide these links for your convenience and verification, but we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites.

Some Platform features depend on third-party services (hosting, AI processing, payment processing). We choose reputable providers but are not responsible for their independent actions or outages.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all threats, or that any information shown will be exhaustive or current at the time you read it.

No advisory relationship. Use of the Platform does not create a client or advisory relationship between you and JARAL Consultants. For individualised advice, you must engage JARAL Consultants or another qualified provider under a separate written agreement.

Red-flag analysis is educational, not accusatory. ScamShield Pro's pattern-matching is intended to surface common indicators of recruitment fraud in submitted text. It does not constitute an accusation against any named recruiter, agent, or company. You are responsible for verifying any party independently before transacting with them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of JARAL Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) PKR 10,000.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or damages arising from your reliance on Platform information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold JARAL Consultants (Pvt) Ltd., its directors, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party right, or content you submit, except to the extent such claim arises from our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are misusing the Platform.

Sections that by their nature survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property, and governing law — will continue to apply after your account ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
