Overview
This Service Delivery Policy describes how the JARALWork digital service is delivered to paying and free members, what access you receive on signup, what to expect on uptime and support, and what happens during planned maintenance or unplanned interruptions.
JARALWork is operated by JARAL Consultants (Pvt) Ltd., Karachi, Pakistan. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Nature of the service
JARALWork is a fully digital, web-based educational platform. Nothing is shipped physically. The service is delivered entirely through your web browser at https://jaralwork.com and requires only an active internet connection and a modern browser (latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or equivalent).
All paid features — ScamShield Pro analysis, the Application Toolkit, Salary Insights, MoneyWise tools, Visa Pathway Decoder, and the educational article library — are accessed through your logged-in dashboard.
How service is delivered
Service is delivered automatically and instantly upon completion of the relevant action:
- Account creation — your free-tier account is created and accessible the moment your signup is confirmed (within seconds).
- Subscription upgrade (Pro / Elite) — paid features unlock within 2 minutes of successful payment, and are accessible from your existing dashboard with no further action required.
- AI features (ScamShield, Application Toolkit) — each request typically returns results in 10–60 seconds; the output is displayed in your browser and saved to your account history.
- Educational content & visa-pathway summaries — available immediately and continuously to every signed-in member.
You will receive a welcome email confirming account creation and, separately, a receipt email confirming any successful upgrade payment.
Account access
You access JARALWork by signing in with your email address and password at jaralwork.com/auth/login. If you forget your password, the “Forgot?” link on the login page sends a one-time reset link to your registered email — valid for 1 hour.
No second device, app download, or hardware token is required. Your account is portable across any modern browser on any device.
Service availability & uptime
We target a 99% monthly uptime for the JARALWorkweb service. In practice, our hosting infrastructure (Netlify edge network) and database provider (Supabase) routinely meet this and we monitor uptime continuously.
Brief outages (under 5 minutes) caused by routine deployment, third-party API interruptions, or transient network issues do not constitute a service failure. Extended outages affecting a paid feature for more than 24 continuous hours may be eligible for a pro-rata refund — see our Refund Policy.
Support & response times
Email is the primary support channel for all members.
- Free tier: first response within 2 business days (Karachi business hours).
- Pro tier: first response within 1 business day.
- Elite tier: priority response within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Includes a monthly consultation call by appointment.
Send all support enquiries to info@jaral-consultants.co with a clear description of what you were trying to do and what happened. Screenshots and timestamps materially speed up resolution.
No physical shipping
JARALWork is a 100% digital service. No physical goods are shipped at any point in any flow — there is no postal address you need to provide, no delivery wait, no customs, and no risk of loss in transit. Every interaction happens inside your browser.
This means standard concepts like “shipping charges”, “estimated arrival”, and “return shipping” do not apply. Where you might otherwise expect a shipping clause, our Refund Policy covers the equivalent territory for our digital service.
Maintenance & updates
Software updates and minor maintenance are deployed continuously and are generally invisible to you — there is no version you need to install. Major platform updates may occasionally require a brief service interruption; when planned, we communicate the window at least 48 hours in advance via email and a banner on the dashboard.
New features and improvements are made available to your tier automatically; you do not need to renew or re-purchase to receive updates within a tier.
Service interruptions
If you encounter an interruption, please:
- Refresh the page and try again in 30 seconds (most transient issues self-resolve)
- Check our service-status page (when available) for current incident reports
- If the issue persists after a few minutes, email info@jaral-consultants.co with what you were doing, when, and a screenshot if possible
Third-party-dependent features (AI generation, payment processing, email delivery) may briefly degrade if the underlying provider has an outage. Where this materially affects a paid feature, eligible refund terms apply.
