BEOE

The Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) is the Government of Pakistan body, under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development, responsible for regulating the emigration of Pakistani workers for overseas employment.

By law, any agency that places Pakistanis in overseas jobs for compensation must hold a valid BEOE licence. BEOE maintains a public register of licensed Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs) and publishes the legal fee structure recruiters may charge.

Before engaging any recruiter, verify their licence number against the BEOE register. An agency that cannot produce a valid licence is operating illegally under the Emigration Ordinance.
