OEP

An Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) is a recruitment agency that holds a valid licence from the BEOE to recruit and place Pakistani workers in overseas employment.

OEPs are bound by regulated fee caps and conduct rules. A legitimate OEP will share its licence number freely, operate from a verifiable office, and never demand large upfront "visa" or "training" fees outside the legal structure.
