IHS

The Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) is a fee paid as part of a UK visa application that grants access to the National Health Service. It is charged per year of visa length and paid in full upfront — for a multi-year Skilled Worker visa it is frequently larger than the visa application fee itself.
